ZERDAVA utilizes both offline protection and cloud powered protection. For offline protection, personal data are scanned on user device and never leave the device. But, if ZERDAVA scans a file and finds some suspicious clues, ZERDAVA may send corresponding file to it's cloud service to be able to examine further. ZERDAVA uses personal data in such way to improve protection level for unknown threats.

A user can share a suspicious file with ZERDAVA through provided user interface of the application to help us to identify new possible threats.

Some personal data we collect automatically when you use our website or products. This information may include some or all of the following types of information:

• Your Internet Protocol ("IP") address;
• Device ID numbers, including Machine ID, IMEI and/or MEID;
• ZERDAVA product license and identification numbers

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with 3rd parties unless you provide your consent except in limited circumstances. All of collected data are utilized to improve ZERDAVA products and services.
